We are a company with over 90 years of history and can look on a long tradition.
Our journey began in Bochum in 1925. Over the years, we expanded through various locations, including Dortmund, Schwerte, Lünen, and Dülmen, operating under the name Schürmann Leuchtenland. Each of our branches today showcases a wide range of lighting products across approximately 1,000 m². With 15,000 designer lights on display – ranging from classic to modern and timeless to extravagant – we offer an extensive selection in-store.
In November 2008, we took a bold step in our company history and launched our online shop www.leuchtenland.com. Thanks to the success of our online business, the Dülmen branch was closed in spring 2010 and transformed into a warehouse and distribution centre. In early 2017, the renowned lighting store M&M Leuchtenland in Gelsenkirchen joined our group of companies, bringing with it an experienced team specializing in professional lighting design. Since 2018, all stores have been unified under the name Leuchtenland.com, symbolizing the growing integration of our online shop, offline stores, and lighting design services.
