Stainless Steel 304 / V2A Explained: Benefits, Care & Outdoor Use
304 stainless steel, also known as V2A or 1.4301, is a stainless chromium-nickel steel characterised by high corrosion resistance, heat resistance and easy maintenance. This makes it particularly suitable for high-quality outdoor products such as fire pits, grills, garden accessories and outdoor lights. In normal environments, 304 stainless steel is highly durable, while in coastal areas or in environments with heavy chloride exposure, 316 stainless steel may be the better choice.

Occhio ONE Lighting Control Explained: App, Gateway & KNX
Occhio ONE is the new lighting control platform from Occhio. It includes the redesigned Occhio app, the Occhio gateway for Smart Home integrations with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa and Google Home, as well as the Occhio PRO gateway for KNX integration. Existing Occhio air installations remain compatible and can continue to be used with the new app. The app will be available free of charge from August 2026 in the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
