Delivery Times & Availability – What Does “Ready for Dispatch in 24h” Mean?
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time for your order depends largely on whether the item is in stock or must be ordered from the manufacturer. You will find the current availability and estimated delivery time directly on the product detail page.
Items marked as “Ready for dispatch in 24h” are in stock and typically ship within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment. Orders for in-stock items placed by Friday at 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day and delivered the following Monday (via DPD within Germany; Saturday delivery possible with DHL). Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday are shipped on the next business day (usually Tuesday).
Delivery Times at a Glance
Ready for dispatch in 24h: Products in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
Available at short notice (approx. 5 days): Items marked as “available shortly” are ordered from the manufacturer and delivered within a few business days. Thanks to regular manufacturer pickups with our own truck, even larger orders are processed quickly.
Delivery time 1–4 weeks: These items are ordered individually from the manufacturer. Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer’s location and selected shipping method.
Delivery time over 4 weeks: Products with extended lead times are usually custom-made or sourced as part of bulk orders. Expect delivery times of 4 weeks or more.
Freight shipping: Larger or fragile items that cannot be shipped via parcel service will be delivered by freight carrier. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for delivery.

In addition to Germany, we deliver to numerous European countries including Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Poland, Italy, Finland, and many more. What should I consider when ordering from abroad?
Please note that international orders may take approx. 2 extra business days depending on the destination country. Freight shipments—such as especially large or delicate lights—may require up to 5 additional business days. In some countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local authorities about applicable import regulations.
Within the European Union, VAT is calculated according to the destination country (OSS procedure). For deliveries outside the EU, German VAT will not be charged—however, country-specific duties or import fees may apply and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We ship your order securely and reliably via DPD. As an alternative, DHL is also available during checkout. Delivery time within Germany is typically 1–2 business days. For international orders, the delivery time may increase by approximately 2 additional business days.
In rare cases—such as in coordination with certain brands and their logistics partners—we may reserve the right to select the shipping carrier on your behalf. Depending on the size, weight, or fragility of the item, we may also choose an alternative logistics partner such as UPS to ensure that your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. During periods of unusually high parcel volume, delivery times may experience slight delays. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.
Will all items be delivered together if I order multiple products?
If possible, we will combine multiple items into one shipment. This helps reduce environmental impact and shipping costs. If part of your order has a longer lead time, we will inform you in advance about the option of a partial delivery. Would you prefer your order to be split? No problem—simply contact our customer service team. We will arrange a suitable solution and dispatch the available items separately. Good to know: Shipping costs are only charged once per order, even if delivered in multiple shipments.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker?
Yes—we are happy to deliver your order to a Packstation or parcel locker, as long as the item meets the size limits of the chosen carrier. Please ensure that you provide the correct Packstation address during checkout. If a package is too large for the Packstation, it will automatically be redirected to the nearest pickup location.
Can I request a preferred delivery date?
Going on vacation or need your order to arrive on a specific date? No problem! Simply leave a note with your preferred delivery date in the comment field during checkout or contact our customer service directly. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time—but not too early.
What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
If you are not home during delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. Your parcel may be redirected to a nearby pickup location or delivered again later. Alternatively, you can use the carrier’s website to choose flexible delivery options, such as preferred delivery time, drop-off permission, or redirect to a parcel shop.

Some of our lighting fixtures are not just stunning—they are also large, heavy, or delicate. In these cases—such as with chandeliers or oversized designer lights—we use freight shipping for secure and damage-free delivery.
How does freight delivery work?
Freight deliveries are typically made kerbside, meaning the shipment will be delivered to the nearest public kerb at your delivery address. Please note that you are responsible for moving the item inside your home, office, or business premises.
Looking for more convenience? No problem! For an additional fee, we offer delivery to the point of use—meaning the carrier will bring the item directly to its final location, such as your living room, reception area, or showroom. This option can be selected during checkout.
Important: The freight carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a specific delivery appointment. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number during checkout and that you or an authorized person is available at the scheduled time.
If a delivery attempt fails and a second delivery is required, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the actual shipping cost for the additional trip.
How long does freight delivery take?
Freight shipments typically take an additional 2 to 3 business days on top of the standard delivery time. For international deliveries, please allow up to 5 additional business days, depending on the destination country.
Is It Possible to Pick Up My Order in Person?
Would you like to order your favourite light online and collect it in person? No problem! In line with our Click and Collect service, we offer you the convenient option of picking up your order at one of our locations in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany.
In addition to our central warehouse in Dülmen (48249), you can also collect your order at our showrooms in Lünen (44536) and Gelsenkirchen (45897) during regular business hours. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will notify you immediately.
Please note: Stocked items are generally prepared for pickup at our warehouse in Dülmen. If you wish to collect your order from one of our showrooms, a short delay may occur. Our customer service team will be happy to advise you individually and coordinate the most convenient pickup location for you.
Here is how it works: Simply select your preferred pickup location as the shipping method during checkout. You will find full details about our store locations, opening hours, and contact information on our website. If you would like to collect your order from our central warehouse in Dülmen, this is possible Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Bonus: If you choose to collect your order from our Dülmen headquarters, you can also pay in cash upon collection. Your advantage? In this case, we offer you a 2% discount on your order total.
What Should I Do If My Light Arrives Damaged?
We take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, transport damage may occur. Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt for completeness and damage. If the package appears visibly damaged at delivery, accept it only with reservation and ask the delivery driver to provide a written note documenting the damage. Alternatively, you may choose to refuse acceptance of the package.
Should you discover any damage to the product itself, please take clear photos of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately via email. This helps us assess the issue quickly and find a suitable solution together. Important: Please keep both the product packaging and the outer shipping box in case the item needs to be returned or replaced.
