What Should I Keep in Mind When Returning Goods?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items as a private consumer within 100 days of receiving them. This extended return period allows you to send back your order even after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of the return, and you can choose your preferred shipping provider. For returns via freight forwarding, we will arrange the collection, but a maximum return shipping fee of €200 (within Germany) or €350 (from abroad) will be charged.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for costs resulting from the fact that a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us was selected).

Why Are Returns Not Free?
We understand that returns cannot always be avoided. Customers often place orders with the intention of keeping the item, only to later find it does not fit their home’s technical setup, does not meet size expectations, or simply is not to their liking. Of course, we completely understand this.
However, we also aim to raise awareness about the impact of returns. Returns in online retail not only generate harmful CO2 emissions and additional packaging waste—critical concerns in times of climate change—but also create significant workloads for customer service and returns management. For these reasons, we have decided not to offer free returns. This approach is better for the environment, more economical for us, and gives you the chance to reconsider your purchase decision before placing an order. It also eases the burden on shipping providers, allowing them to focus on improving delivery efficiency rather than handling high volumes of returns.
How Can You Avoid Returns?

Additionally, consider whether you really need to order multiple versions of the same product, or if one colour or model already feels like the perfect fit. By reducing the number of returns, you will not only contribute to greater sustainability but also save yourself the hassle of repackaging items and unnecessary trips to the post office.
