What Are the Occhio Warranty Terms?
The Occhio care warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Occhio retailers like us. It covers defects in materials, design, and manufacturing, including LED failures and other wear parts (excluding conventional light bulbs).
If a defect arises during the warranty period, you can contact us directly. We will forward your claim to the manufacturer for review. If approved, Occhio will repair the issue, provide a replacement product of equal value, or refund the purchase price. Please note: due to ongoing technical development, replacement products may differ slightly in design or features from the original.
The Occhio warranty applies under the following conditions: correct installation and intended use of the luminaire as outlined in the installation manual; compliance with technical limits such as ambient temperature and voltage requirements; no modifications to the product that deviate from its original condition. For safety and performance, installation must be carried out by a certified electrician. If the product does not include integrated light sources, only IEC-certified bulbs approved for use should be installed. Any expired bulbs must be replaced immediately to maintain optimal performance.
The warranty does not apply to: problems resulting from normal wear and tear, software errors, damage caused by negligence, misuse, or improper handling, changes in settings due to wear, fatigue, or dirt, as well as deviations in product appearance from illustrations or descriptions in sales materials.
