Flos Bilboquet table lamp: stylish elegance and functional versatility
The Bilboquet by Flos, a design by British-Canadian designer Philippe Malouin, is a flexible and adaptable light source that perfectly meets the dynamic requirements of modern living spaces. The adjustable table lamp is characterized by its minimalist, striking design and directs the light in any desired direction with playful precision. Inspired by the innovative concept of magnetic ball joints, Bilboquet enables a wide range of adjustment options for various applications - whether as a focused task light, for atmospheric accent lighting or as a reading light.
An LED reflector lamp with a warm white color temperature of 2,700 Kelvin is included in the scope of delivery. The light source can be easily replaced, guaranteeing a long service life and a high level of utility for the Flos Bilboquet. The table lamp is conveniently operated via a cord switch. Thanks to the two meter long cable , it can be placed flexibly in different areas of the home, whereby the cable can either run freely or be stored in a special compartment on the lamp base.
The sustainability of the Flos Bilboquet table lamp is underlined by its conformity with the ISCC standards. All the main components are easy to dismantle, making it easier to repair, replace or dispose of the lamp in an environmentally friendly manner. The luminaire head and body are made of a special pigmented polycarbonate, which is obtained from by-products of paper production and not from petroleum. The stainless steel sphere, to which the adjustable head is magnetically attached, has a robust PVD coating.
The Flos Bilboquet is available in three vibrant colors - Sage, Tomato and Linen - with the colors of the cable and switch echoing the color scheme of the lamp body to create a harmonious whole. With its modern design and playful details, the table lamp exemplifies the design philosophy of Philippe Malouin.
