Slamp C'est La Vie Ceiling/Wall Medium: floral designer lamp for living rooms, hallways, and hotels
The C'est La Vie Medium by Slamp is the medium-sized version of the artistic lighting collection and combines sculptural design with functional versatility. With a diameter of approx. 50 cm, this beautifully shaped wall and ceiling lamp is perfect for accent and basic lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways, as well as in hotels, lounges, and public reception areas with an atmospheric ambience.
Inspired by floral shapes, the lamp has a strong visual presence without dominating the room. The curved "petals" create a lively interplay of light and shadow and provide a diffusely scattered, soft lighting effect that makes rooms inviting and harmonious. Whether mounted on the wall or ceiling, the C'est La Vie defines rooms through light and design alike and blends effortlessly into contemporary, minimalist architecture.
Technically, the luminaire is equipped with E27 sockets and designed for use with replaceable LED filament lamps. We recommend 3,000 Kelvin bulbs for a neutral-warm, cozy light image. In combination with dimmable bulbs, C'est La Vie can be dimmed externally (wall dimmer not included), allowing the light intensity and mood to be adjusted to suit the use and time of day.
A special quality feature of the C'est La Vie is Slamp's magnetic mounting system. The decorative elements can be detached from the ceiling plate with a click, which greatly simplifies installation, cleaning, and maintenance. This system is a great advantage, especially in the commercial and hospitality sectors, as it reduces maintenance and ensures a permanently well-kept appearance.
Made from Slamp's exclusive Lentiflex® and Opalflex® technopolymers, the lamp combines aesthetic sophistication with high functionality. Lentiflex® directs the light through its prismatic structure, while Opalflex® ensures homogeneous, glare-free light distribution. Both plastics are unbreakable, lightweight, UV and heat resistant, and fully recyclable. Each product is handmade in Italy by Slamp's "Sartoria della Luce," the "tailors of light." This makes each piece unique.
Created by Italian designer Adriano Rachele, who has already designed popular collections such as Veli and Clizia for Slamp, this decorative wall and ceiling lamp embodies a design philosophy that combines poetry, emotion, and innovation. Rachele's goal is to create lamps with a soul of their own—objects that go beyond their function to touch the senses and lend character to a room.
