Slamp C'est La Vie Suspension Medium: floral design pendant lamp for dining tables and living areas
The C'est La Vie Suspension Medium by Slamp is an expressive pendant lamp that combines floral lightness with a clear attitude. As part of the artistic C'est La Vie collection, it deliberately focuses on contrasts—black or white, line or surface—and defines rooms with elegance and character. It not only illuminates, but also creates atmosphere.
The floral-inspired shade provides a diffused, soft light that illuminates the entire room while also pleasantly lighting the table surfaces below the lamp. This creates a balanced, harmonious light pattern above dining tables, kitchen islands, or sofa areas. The product is particularly effective when arranged in series: above long tables or spacious rooms, two or more pendants create an impressive, architectural lighting landscape.
Equipped with E27 sockets, the pendant lamp is designed for replaceable LED filament lamps. Light bulbs with 3,000 Kelvin are recommended for a neutral-warm lighting ambience. In combination with dimmable light bulbs, the C'est La Vie Suspension Medium is externally dimmable (wall dimmer not included), allowing the light intensity and mood to be flexibly adjusted – from atmospheric dining to functional lighting.
A special detail is Slamp's magnetic mounting system: the decorative elements of the lampshade can be detached from the suspension with a simple click. This makes installation, cleaning, and maintenance much easier – a clear advantage in everyday private life as well as in restaurants, hotels, or heavily frequented public areas.
The shade is made of Slamp's exclusive Lentiflex® and Opalflex® technopolymers. Lentiflex® directs the light in a targeted manner thanks to its prismatic structure, while Opalflex® ensures an even, glare-free lighting effect. Both materials are durable, unbreakable, UV- and heat-resistant, and fully recyclable.
The lamp is available in black or white. The black version does not reduce the light output in any way, but gives the light additional depth. White is combined with a striking red textile cable, black with an elegant tone-on-tone cable. Both versions are also available with a transparent cable at no extra charge.
