Occhio Luna sospeso fix up LED pendant light: an elegant pendant lamp that redefines light and design
The Luna sospeso fix up by Occhio is the epitome of elegance and innovation, inspired by the mystical beauty of the moon. This exquisite pendant lamp impresses with its spherical, glossy glass sphere and patented LED fireball technology, which combines downward-directed light with the atmospheric glow of the fireball inside the sphere.
The pendant length can be adjusted during installation to a fixed length between 50 and 200 cm. The elegant fabric cable that comes with the Luna sospeso fix up is particularly striking. Whether arranged in a group or as a single highlight above dining tables and counters—the pendant light blends seamlessly into any interior and adds stylish accents in both private living spaces and public interiors.
At the heart of the luminaire lies the revolutionary Occhio fireball, a novel light source that combines soft ambient light with precise, glare-free illumination. The fireball, a small sphere of satin-finished glass, appears to float weightlessly at the center of the shade thanks to its special mount, which is coated in deep black "Musou black" and absorbs nearly all of the light.
Lighting control is intuitive and simple via gesture control near the shade or—thanks to the integrated Occhio "air" module—via the free Occhio air app or the optionally available Occhio air controller. In addition to light intensity, you can also continuously adjust the light color temperature from 2,700 to 4,000 K or 2,200 to 3,500 K (Occhio x-tra warm). This allows you to adapt the room’s atmosphere at any time—depending on the time of day, activity, or emotional state.
Alternatively, the pendant lights can be dimmed using a phase-cut dimmer by adjusting the converter accordingly. In this case, a consistent light color must be selected (2,700/3,000/3,500/4,000 K or 2,200/2,700/3,000/3,500 K). Since the ballast is already integrated into the Occhio Luna, the lamp can be mounted directly onto a ceiling outlet.
The sophisticated surface finish with a metallic PVD coating ensures high scratch resistance and durability for this designer lamp. Available in Phantom and Dark Chrome finishes, the Luna sospeso fix up adapts to any modern interior design trend.
The glass shade and fireball are easily removable for maintenance. The package also includes Occhio gloves with silicone nubs and a special microfiber cloth for cleaning the glass sphere. To clean the Luna sospeso fix up LED pendant light, a simple feather duster is sufficient. More stubborn dirt can be removed with the Occhio "surface cleaner intense" or isopropyl alcohol from the pharmacy.
